This certification targets personnel in system administration and DevOps positions who are responsible for building and managing systems in their company’s cloud environment
This type of personnel might also be responsible for managing large volumes of data in the cloud, and ensuring system availability, performance, and scalability
Participants should have knowledge in the areas of system administration and architecture, networking, automation and scripting, as well as experience with AWS services
Knowledge of setting up, maintaining, and operating large-scale distributed systems on AWS is also recommended
In addition, good communication and interpersonal skills are preferred as the job entails liaising between server, network, and storage administrators
